A local team of developers and engineers helping small and mid-sized businesses get proper technology without paying agency-of-record prices for it.
Redditch Connected started in 2018 because too many small businesses were being offered one of two things: a cheap template that would never quite do the job, or an enterprise quote with an enterprise timeline attached.
Since then we have built websites, mobile apps, APIs and bespoke systems for more than 25 businesses, generated over £250,000 of revenue for our customers, and supported six charities along the way. Most of our clients came from someone else recommending us.
In 2026 we extended into on-site IT and network installation, because the boundary between "the software" and "the infrastructure" was causing our clients more grief than either side on its own. Now it is one team, one number, one company accountable for the whole thing.

Innovation with a purpose
We like new tools, but only when they solve a problem you actually have. Novelty for its own sake ends up as someone else's maintenance bill.

We would rather understand your business properly than hand over a spec-shaped deliverable and move on.

Fixed prices against written scopes, honest answers about what will and will not work, and no hostage-taking over code or domains.
Genuinely local
We live and work here. Six charities supported, and a lot of our clients are people we bump into at the shops.

Small team, short decision chain. When something needs to change, it changes this week rather than next quarter.
